Great size room for the price and a great location as well -- about 5 minutes walk from Hiroshima Station. Left my airpods at the hotel and the customer representative Suzuki went above and beyond to help ship them to our place in Osaka where we were leaving the next day. When I couldn't contact the delivery driver, she called them for us to arrange for the driver to go back to the delivery location. Appreciate her help greatly and would definitely recommend just based off the interaction alone :)

The room was surprisingly functional for its size. I particularly appreciated the laundry facility which allowed us to dry our clothes. The kitchen also, though minimal, had all the necessities.

Very comfortable top floor apartment, great for a family of 5. Spacious with all the Japanese amenities you could need from an apartment hotel

We really enjoyed our stay at GRAND BASE Hiroshima Ekimae. It's 12 min walking to JR Station. The place is exactly as the photo shows, we are in four and it acommodated us pretty well. Very clean, new appliances.

Felt so safe - clever check in and check out system with key less locking. Walkable within 10 mins or so to Hiroshima station. Aircon, dehumidifier and washing facilities. Has a lift if needed

Lovely little room for 4 people (2 singles, 1 double). Not spacious by any means, but maneuverable. Location is easy to find, about 10 minutes from Hiroshima station, streets are well paved so it’s not too difficult to roll luggage there. Washing machine in room is functional, and powdered washing detergent is included as well. Clothes can be dried in the bathroom, with the “drying” ventilation mode turned on!

Location was great. Easy access. it was a. good place, a handy 7/11 and a nice restaurant close by. Trains a short walk away.

The room was very large and included a fantastic bathroom and washing machine. The was also a kitchen and fridge with freezer if you would like to do cooking while there. Staff were also wonderful as 2 people in our party had actually forgotten their passports after we checked out and they were very prompt with getting back to us about it and ultimately getting our passports back
